Your contribution to KPMG

• Support partners and directors in administrative and organizational matters
• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for both domestic and international business trips
• Set up meetings, organize and maintain calendars, managing priorities effectively and proactively
• Assist with time and expense tracking for employees
• Support in the organization of meetings and events
• Record meeting minutes, draft emails, create and/or edit documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Update and maintain our customer relationship management database
• Perform accounting tasks, such as invoicing, following up on accounts receivable and accounts payable, and prepare some financial reporting analyses

This is what makes you successful

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Full proficiency in English, German and French is a plus
• Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills
• Coordinating and setting priorities are among your strengths
• Committed and resilient, as well a flexible personality who likes to think proactively and take responsibility
• Even under time constraints, precise and independent work, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and discretion
