Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:Industrialization & Process EngineerMain activities:Manage the development of industrial processes for new products or improvements.Oversee manufacturing risk assessment activities.Define strategies and action plans.Organize test execution and ensure the completion and follow-up of studies, trial batches, and process validations.Perform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools.Write and update documentation (protocols, reports, test sheets, quality documents related to manufacturing).Handle deviations and non-conformities within the scope of these activities, as well as associated change controls.Validate industrial processes.Monitor manufacturing processes using appropriate tools, detect drifts, and define and implement action plans to bring processes back under control.Provide production support in case of non-conformities, conduct investigations for problem resolution, and manage associated change controls.Ensure the transfer of new products to production (Design Transfer) with the support of the project manager and Design Control lead: define strategies and carry out activities required to document this phase of product development.Contribute to the preparation of manufacturing and validation sections of regulatory submissions (MDR, PMA, etc.).Manage the creation/modification of quality documents related to the activities and train the team.Organize lessons learned and define future improvement actions.Profile:Engineering degree in biochemical engineering, industrial process engineering or equivalent Degree.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.Fluency in French and English (B2). jid6fd27feaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
