Due to a successful development, our Life Science office in Basel is growing and therefore hiring new team members. Applications from successful recruitment consultants with a background in life sciences, or similar recruitment sectors are welcome.
Sr. Recruitment Consultant Life Sciences 100% AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology, and other life sciences sectors
• Recruit specialists for companies in the aforementioned industries
• Nurture and expand existing client relationships, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Attend national and international client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations
• Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and participation in industry events

ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
What we're looking for:

• Several years of professional experience in sales and/or recruiting, ideally within the personnel services industry
• A winning mentality with a strong drive to achieve outstanding results
• The ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic and high-performance environment
• Excellent networking skills and strong communication abilities, including proficiency in German
