Responsibilities

Processing orders in the areas of payment transactions, fiduciary investments, accounts payable invoices, and other stock exchange transactions

Administration of credit cards

Responsible for physical mail handling

Flexible support for other administrative tasks

Participation in projects to improve front-office processes

Acting as a substitute during vacation absences

Your Profile

Banking apprenticeship or similar education

3-4 years of relevant professional experience within an international Wealth Management environment

Sound knowledge of key banking processes

Strong affinity for technology; specific experience with Finnova is an advantage

Flexible, independent, precise, and efficient working style

Team player with a positive personality and high integrity

Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written); Dutch language skills are a great plus
