Conseiller patrimonial (Wealth Planner)

LO Patrimonia S.A., société du groupe Lombard Odier, filiale dédiée Ä  l'activité de Wealth Planning (conseil juridique et fiscal) du groupe Lombard Odier recherche un Conseiller Patrimonial.

Votre Mission :

  • Conseiller des personnes physiques, clients privés de la banque Lombard Odier, domiciliées en Suissesur le plan fiscal, en matière de régime ordinaire et d'imposition d'après la dépense,sur le plan juridique, en matière de planification successorale,en matière de prévoyance et planification financière.
  • Elaboration d'analyse patrimoniale globale de la situation de clients.
  • Contacts permanents avec une clientèle exigeante ainsi qu'avec les banquiers.
  • Collaboration avec des spécialistes internes et externes.
  • Rédaction d'articles spécialisés.

    • Profil Recherché :

  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire (étude d'avocat, société de conseil financier),
  • Etude universitaire complète en droit suisse. En particulier, goÄ»t prononcé pour le droit civil (droit de la famille, régimes matrimoniaux et droit successoral)
  • Bonnes connaissances de la fiscalité suisse individuelle. En particulier, goÄ»t prononcé en matière de fiscalité de personnes fortunées (impôt sur le revenu et la fortune, impôts sur les successions et les donations, fiscalité de la prévoyance et fiscalité de l'actionnaire détenteur de sociétés familiales/PME).
  • Aisance avec les chiffres, brevet fédéral de conseiller financier et expert diplômé en finance et investissements (CIWM) un plus.
  • Capacité rédactionnelle.
  • Personnalité dynamique avec une forte capacité Ä  travailler en équipe, autonome, polyvalente.
  • MaÄ®trise des outils informatiques : Word, Excel et Powerpoint,
  • MaÄ®trise du franħais et de l'anglais, l'allemand un plus,
  • Domicile en Suisse.
