LO Patrimonia est l'entité du Groupe Lombard Odier dédiée au conseil juridique et fiscal. Formée d'une quarantaine d'experts, dont les compétences couvrent la Suisse, les principales juridictions européennes ainsi que d'autres régions du monde, LO Patrimonia sert exclusivement les clients du Groupe Lombard Odier. Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous sommes Ä  la recherche de notre prochain(e) Assistant(e) rattaché(e) Ä  notre équipe en charge du soutien de l'ensemble des activités déployées par les départements composant LO Patrimonia SA.

Vous serez amené Ä  prendre en charge des activités variées en lien avec chacun de ces départements.

Assistant(e) Juridique et Fiscal(e)

Votre Mission :

  • Soutien aux départements composant LO Patrimonia dans diverses tÄ¢ches administratives :Soutien Ä  l'établissement des obligations fiscales de personnes établies en Suisse ou en France et plus généralement du département en charge de conseil patrimonial.Enregistrement de nos mandats et respect des règles de conformité,Etablissement de la facturation,Aide Ä  la préparation de supports aux rendez-vous client ou de formation Ä  notre clientèlePrise en charge du volet logistique de notre structure (courrier, économat, téléphonie, ).
  • Contact régulier avec les administrations fiscales.
  • Contact régulier avec la Clientèle Privée de LO Patrimonia et du Groupe Lombard Odier.
  • Collaboration avec les banquiers de Lombard Odier et les équipes opérationnelles de la Banque.

    • Votre Profil :

  • Première expérience professionnelle dans une fiduciaire reconnue et/ou administration fiscale. Une expérience en comptabilité serait un atout.
  • Etudes secondaires effectuées avec succès
  • Brevet d'Agent fiduciaire un plus.
  • Bonnes connaissances de la fiscalité suisse et/ou franħaise.
  • Personnalité dynamique avec une forte capacité Ä  travailler en équipe.
  • Précis, rigoureux, au bénéfice d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, polyvalent.
  • A l'aise dans les contacts, grande attention portée Ä  la qualité du service.
  • MaÄ®trise des outils informatiques : Word, Excel et Powerpoint.
  • MaÄ®trise du franħais et de l'anglais, la maÄ®trise de l'allemand serait un sérieux atout
