We are currently recruiting a DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES (100%) Your Responsibilities As a member of the management team, you report to the General Director and are responsible for the steering and deployment of HR. In this capacity, you are tasked with evolving human resources, particularly in talent management and management development, while ensuring constant alignment with the social mission and values of the organization. You oversee a small team and adopt a very hands-on approach. Your regular presence with the teams, stakeholders, and key individuals allows you to deeply understand the organization's DNA and to relay the necessary feedback for implementing a relevant and adapted HR policy. This position combines a strategic dimension, with a global view of the HR challenges of the organization, and a strong operational dimension, closely connected to the teams. Both strategic and hands-on, you demonstrate analytical skills and rigor in understanding the challenges. Holding a higher education degree, you have HR experience. You are well-versed in Swiss labor law and navigate easily in complex environments. You understand or have already experienced the specificities of functioning in the nonprofit sector, where the pace and stakes differ from those in the private sector. You establish a clear and secure framework, inspire confidence, and foster teamwork.
