Internship - Real User Monitoring & Usage Analytics for GX Wealth Management Platform

Join the Wealth Management Technology department and help shape the future of the bank's next-generation platform: GX Wealth Management. This web-based platform aggregates multiple sub-applications-ranging from portfolio analysis, order management, and client relationship management - and is used daily by Bankers, Investment Specialists, and Client Advisors to manage client portfolios and deliver personalized financial advice.

YOUR ROLE

  • Your mission will be to define and implement the Real User Monitoring (RUM) and usage analytics strategy across the platform.

  • You will help us understand how users navigate between applications, which features and widgets are most used, which portfolios are consulted, and how often. All with the goal of improving user experience and guiding product decisions.

  • You will instrument the Angular frontend to capture user interactions and performance metrics

  • You will rack navigation flows, widget usage, and portfolio consultation patterns across sub-applications

  • You will integrate with RUM and APM tools

  • You will build dashboards and alerts to monitor platform usage, performance, and anomalies

  • You will provide actionable insights to product managers and UX designers

  • You will work in a cross-functional Agile/Scrum team and gain exposure to enterprise-grade observability practices in a high-impact financial environment.

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's student or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Passion for analytics, monitoring, and user experience optimization

  • Strong interest in Javascipt, Typescript, Angular, APM/RUM tools, Java.

  • Strong interest in dashboarding tools (Elastic APM, Grafana, Kibana, etc.) and logging frameworks

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

  • Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
