Director of Finance and Infrastructure (member of the Executive Management) Mission/tasksAs a member of the Executive Management, you define, lead, and implement the financial and infrastructural strategies of the Broye Fribourgeoise Health and Social Network (RSSBF). As the guarantor of economic sustainability, regulatory compliance, and overall performance, you support the structural, digital, and real estate aspects of the institution with a focus on risk management and efficiency. Key to steering, you actively contribute to large-scale projects and represent the Finance and Infrastructure domain to institutional partners, ensuring the overall financial governance of the RSSBF (budget, accounts, reporting, legal compliance). You manage the real estate and construction projects, supervise the governance of internal control systems (ICS), and guarantee data security and protection, notably by implementing performance indicators. You support and represent the RSSBF to authorities, institutional partners, and regulatory bodies. Additionally, you lead and develop a multidisciplinary team in a spirit of close leadership.Desired profileFederal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent higher technical or university qualification (finance, economics, health economics, or related field in controlling, analytical accounting, or management). Proven experience in a management role, ideally in the public sector or in complex project and/or real estate management. Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities. Leadership focused on team and skill development, with a clear political sense.
