With more than 250 professionals, our Investment Solutions department is responsible for providing sophisticated and customized investment proposals to our private clients.

In this context, we are looking for a Fixed Income Execution Trader to join our Geneva based Global Markets Services team.

While we seek candidate with a strong fixed income background, Global Markets Services executions traders are expected to serve our client across all asset classes (equities, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives ).

Fixed Income Execution Trader

Your Role :

FI Trade Execution: Execute the bank's fixed income client flow efficiently across global markets while ensuring best execution in line with prevailing regulatory obligations and internal directives

Cross Asset Trade Execution: Assist with the execution of client flow in equities and exchange traded derivatives (including participation to the night shift)

Technology & Automation: Contribute to the enhancement of electronic trading strategies and leverage trading data to design new automation process.

Counterparty Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with brokers and market makers to optimize execution and access liquidity

Your Profile:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in fixed income trading, preferably within private banking, asset management, or a sell-side institution

Licenses: SIX trading license is a plus

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess and order management systems. Familiarity with algorithmic and electronic trading solutions is a desired

Analytical & Execution Skills: Strong market analysis capabilities, decision-making under pressure, and ability to handle high trade volumes efficiently

Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, counterparties and IT development team

Communication & Teamwork: Ability to interact with investment professionals, clients and counterparties in a fast-paced environment

Project skills: Demonstrate initiative, good ownership of projects and detailed oriented

Languages: Fluent in English and proficiency in French is a plus

Personal Skills: Service minded, accurate, autonomous

Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
