If you identify with our group, join us!To strengthen our Human Resources department, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager at 80%. Your main responsibilities include:HR Advice and Work Management:- Proximity and collaboration with the managers spread across the agencies between Vevey and Grimentz- Direct HR support to local teams (listening, advice, management of individual issues, providing guidance to managers concerning group HR policies in collaboration with the Geneva headquarters, while considering local specificities and regional culture)- Identifying needs and implementing continuous actionsRecruitment:- Management of the complete process: drafting job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, selection, and sending responses- Close collaboration with managers to target profiles and follow-up with new hires on various HR mattersAdministrative HR Tasks:- Handling formalities related to employee entries and exits (data entry and management of files, establishment of employment contracts and amendments, liaising with social insurance, drafting contracts, preparing disciplinary letters)- Monitoring and following up on time management and absence-related tasks- Filing and archivingSalaries, social insurance & withholding tax:- Monthly transmission of variable data to the accounting firm responsible for payroll and following up on cases concerning health insurance, accidents, and managing accounts with insurance companiesTraining and Development:- Analyzing training needs and enrolling employees in courses and external seminars- Establishing training agreements and updating files- Analyzing annual reviews to identify employee wishes regarding training and career developmentHR Projects:- Implementing internal projects within the Vevey-Grimentz scope- Contributing to HR tools, processes, and methodologiesYour profile:- Federal Diploma in HR Specialist or equivalent qualification- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar position in Switzerland- Availability for travel to agencies in Vevey, Monthey, Sion, and Sierre with occasional presence at headquarters in Geneva based on departmental needs- Experience in property management or a multi-site environment, solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and current HR practices- Proficiency in common tools and ease of use in HR contexts- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling- Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation; pleasant, conscientious, dynamic, and proactive- Ability to prioritize and maintain rigor- Good stress resilience and versatility- Sense of discretion and confidentiality- Team spirit and cross-departmental collaboration- Swiss citizen or holder of a valid permitWe offer:- The opportunity to join a large family-owned company in full development- A pleasant working environment close to all amenities- A salary commensurate with your skills and performance- 5 weeks of vacation- Flexible hours- Possibility of remote work- Start date: immediatelyLoyalty, performance, and dynamism are the qualities that drive our entire team.
