INTRODUCTION:

To reinforce the team of a growing client in Geneva, we're looking for an experienced :

DevOps Engineer

You'll play a key role in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring smooth delivery of applications in an AWS environment.

We're looking for someone who thrives on improving processes, loves clean code as much as robust pipelines, and enjoys working cross-functionally with developers, QA, and operations.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, safe, and scalable deployments
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve build and release processes
• Integrate infrastructure and cloud resource provisioning (AWS) into deployment processes
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and visibility
• Contribute to security best practices and compliance requirements in the DevOps lifecycle with various teams
• Troubleshoot infrastructure or deployment issues and proactively prevent incidents
• Participate in architecture decisions and advocate for DevOps culture across teams

PROFIL ATTENDU:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
• Solid software engineering background (Python, Node.js, .Net, or similar)
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Proven experience with AWS and IaC tools like Terraform, or similar
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell or Python)
• Comfortable with both Windows and Linux-based environments
• Strong communication skills and a user-centric mindset
• Track record of independently owning issues and driving them to resolution
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
