We are looking for a motivated recent graduate with a dual background in finance and information technology to join our single securities research team as a Team Support. You will work at the intersection of finance and technology - analyzing financial data, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and helping optimize our systems for better decision-making and productivity enhancement. You will work in direct cooperation with both equity and credit analysts under the direct stewardship of the head of research.

Your Role

Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of financial reporting and analytics tools.

Collaborate with IT to implement new publication tools with enhanced workflows, ensuring data accuracy.

Participate in automation projects (e.g., using Python, SQL, or VBA) to streamline processes.

Prepare dashboards and visual reports for internal stakeholders.

Contribute to technology-driven initiatives in particular in the field of AI deployment.

Eventually, progression to a junior equities analyst role.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

An experience in project management is a plus

Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with databases (SQL), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or scripting (Python, R) is a plus.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English; French is a plus
