Tasks: Trade Marketing

You define and deploy Trade Marketing to support the commercial development of OFF-Trade and ON-Trade channels within a group active in the agri-food sector. You operate transversally, closely linked with the sales, marketing, and digital teams.As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:You design and implement effective trade marketing tools to support sales teams and optimize brand visibility in retail. You analyze sales performance (KPI, sell-in/sell-out, profitability) and formulate concrete actions to stimulate growth. You coordinate field marketing actions with sales teams to maximize impact at points of sale. You oversee and organize in-store events and brand activations (product launches, trade shows, customer events). You ensure brand consistency by overseeing branding materials and their execution in the field. You collaborate with group marketing teams for the management and development of e-commerce sales. You coordinate the digital presence of brands and work with external partners and suppliers. You actively contribute to customer management and the sustainable development of commercial activities.Profile:As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you have the following profile:You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field. You have 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing and/or trade marketing, ideally in the agri-food sector or retail. You have a solid understanding of retail issues, distribution channels, and point of sale challenges in Switzerland. You are comfortable with data analysis, performance management, and reporting (KPI). You master digital tools and have a sensitivity to branding, e-commerce, and digital marketing. You manage your projects autonomously, structured, and results-oriented. You speak French fluently (C1) and have a professional level in Portuguese (B2). German and English are additional languages. You enjoy being on the field, taking responsibilities, and evolving in a dynamic environment.
