Au sein de LO Patrimonia, société du Groupe Lombard Odier & Cie SA, vous serez chargé de conseiller sur le plan juridique et fiscal nos clients domiciliés en Suisse.

Conseiller Juridique et Fiscal

Votre Mission :

Conseiller fiscalement les clients stratégiques du groupe domiciliés en Suisse, soumis au régime ordinaire ou Ä  l'imposition d'après la dépense,

Conseiller juridiquement, les clients stratégiques du groupe en matière de droit civil notamment (régime matrimoniaux, droit successoral),

ÄŠtre en contacts permanents avec une clientèle exigeante ainsi qu'avec les banquiers,

Collaborer avec les collaborateurs de LO Patrimonia.

Votre Profil :

Expérience professionnelle de 5 Ä  10 ans dans une fonction similaire,

Etude universitaire complète en droit suisse, titulaire du brevet d'avocat un plus,

Connaissance approfondie de la fiscalité suisse (impôt sur le revenu et la fortune, impôt sur les successions et les donations principalement). Bonne connaissance de la fiscalité des personnes morales. En particulier, goÄ»t prononcé en matière de fiscalité de personnes fortunées (fiscalité liée aux produits bancaires et Ä  la prévoyance, transfert de résidence, fiscalité de l'actionnaire détenteur de sociétés familiales/PME, etc.).

Connaissance approfondie du droit civil. En particulier, goÄ»t prononcé en matière de régimes matrimoniaux et de droit successoral.

Capacité rédactionnelle et aisance avec les chiffres,

Personnalité dynamique avec une forte capacité Ä  travailler en équipe, autonome, polyvalente

MaĮtrise des outils informatiques : Word, Excel et Powerpoint,

MaĮtrise du franħais et de l'anglais, l'allemand un plus,
