Réceptionniste

Pour rejoindre notre équipe Hospitality, nous recherchons une personne diplômée d'une école hôtelière, ou au bénéfice d'une expérience de Réceptionniste ou MaÄ®tre d'Hôtel. Sa mission sera d'assurer des tÄ¢ches propres Ä  la fonction de réceptionniste et de service dans les salons clientèle.

VOTRE MISSION :

  • Réception et accueil des clients ;

  • Réservation des salons clientèle pour des séances de travail ou déjeuners d'affaires ;

  • Contrôle de la mise en place des salons ;

  • Accompagnement des clients ;

  • Gestion de diverses tÄ¢ches administratives ;

  • Service Ä  table ou service banquets (demandes ponctuelles).

    • VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Au bénéfice d'une expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe (Réceptionniste ou MaÄ®tre d'hôtel) ou au sein d'un équipage de bord ;

  • De langue maternelle franħaise et une très bonne maÄ®trise de la langue anglaise ;

  • Bonne maÄ®trise des outils informatiques courants ;

  • Excellente présentation, souriant(e), courtois(e) et discret(e) ;

  • Polyvalent(e) ;

  • Esprit d'équipe et sens de l'initiative ;

  • Domicile en Suisse requis.
