And as we are growing rapidly, we are creating a new key position in our mission: Within our project team, you will be the central point between ideas and their realization: - Manage projects from A to Z (including punctual interventions). - Coordinate project stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget control. - Analyze client needs and propose optimized technical solutions. - Organize the sites, ensure smooth progress, and maintain fluid communication with all parties involved. - Management of orders Prerequisites: - Vocational diploma in metal construction, Bachelor's or Master's in civil engineering, architecture, building engineering, or equivalent (HES/EPF). Experience: - Minimum 3 to 5 years in managing construction sites as well as project management of building or construction projects in Switzerland. Regulatory Knowledge: - Good understanding of local rules and standards (an asset). - Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, general contractors, craftsmen). Project Management: - Strong follow-up on budgeting and project execution (costs, deadlines, quality). Driving License: Technical Skills: - Mastery of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools. - Understanding of construction processes, building materials, and techniques. Why apply with us?
