It is active in social insurance, professional and economic management, and business services. To complete its teams, it is looking for a HR Specialist at 60%.Main Activities:- Internal HR management- Ensure complete management of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, follow-up, departures- Administer personnel data: hours, absences, insurance, files, mobility- Organize internal training and skills development- Update and optimize HR procedures and processes- Produce HR reports and analyses for management- Ensure clear and professional internal communication- Organize and follow up on staff evaluations and interviews- Advise managers on HR-related questions- Participate in management meetings and monitor continuous development (FPE-CIGA clients)- Develop and organize the program X logistics, and courses- Recruitment for client companies- Analyze needs, define profiles, and manage recruitments- Select application filesQualifications:- Federal diploma of HR specialist or equivalent- Proven experience in general HR management- Excellent communication and writing skills- Responsibility, flexibility, versatility, autonomy, and efficiency in work- Initiative, dynamism, service-oriented mindset, discretion, and confidentiality- Proficiency in HR tools and interest in continuous learningWe offer:- A varied, motivating, and independent activity- A stable job in a dynamic team- Working conditions and benefits.
