Thanks to your expertise, rigor, and sense of service, you ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of the tools, thereby guaranteeing a smooth and reliable experience for all.Your mission:- Ensure responsive and quality technical support to the entire team while respecting best IT practices and the standards set by Clinique La Prairie.- Maintain, secure, and oversee the entire hardware and systems to guarantee stability and compliance.- Actively participate in the protection of data and IT infrastructures, strictly adhering to security and confidentiality requirements.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT Service by proposing and rigorously applying the current quality standards.- Perform tasks related to the function (reports, internal controls, technical checks, etc.).- Collaborate on development projects, particularly within the framework of program X.- Facilitate and support the deployment of new tools and technological solutions within the organization, actively participating in an excellence-driven approach that serves the technological performance of the Clinic.Your profile:- You hold a degree (CFC or equivalent) or have confirmed experience in a similar role.- Strong knowledge in network systems, security, and technical support.- Autonomy and the ability to make decisions in a demanding environment.- Excellent teamwork skills and an advisory mindset.- Flexibility and availability are essential, especially during critical interventions, at night or on weekends.- Rigor, reliability, and respect for confidentiality.- You are fluent in French and have good proficiency in English, which is essential in our working environment: Clarens - Montreux.Type of contract: CDIWork rate: 100%Start date: ImmediatelyWe offer you:An exciting technological environment, at the heart of a prestigious institution recognized for its excellence.
