Tasks: Building Projects Technician - Manager

Technician - Project Manager for Buildings Main missions Ensure the management of projects and the construction of municipal infrastructures (schools, sports facilities, protected buildings, etc.). Represent the City of Bulle as the project owner to private and public partners. Guarantee the technical and financial management of projects. Organize and manage calls for tenders, integrating sustainability aspects into projects. Required qualifications: HES architect or construction project manager in the architecture field, federal certificate in real estate or construction, professional CFC in buildings, or deemed equivalent professional experience in a public administration and/or a consultancy, or deemed equivalent experience in project management and supervision of construction work (MO-entreprises). Mastery of public procurement, call for tender procedures, construction laws, regulations, directives, and standards. Methodical, organized, responsible, proactive, solution-oriented, with good analytical skills and decision-making abilities, capable of working independently and resilient, able to manage project uncertainties while respecting costs and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in relevant tools.
