Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the hydropower capacity available in Switzerland (25% with the plants we operate together generating about 16% of the electricity). We mainly operate in Switzerland, but occasionally also undertake assignments abroad. Responsible Plant Management GEH (m/f)Workplace: Mission:As a Responsible Plant Manager, you support the Operations Manager in the ongoing management and maintenance tasks: You are the link between the operating group and central units, coordinating the various projects as well as planned maintenance. This ensures the smooth operation on-site. You capture, plan, and process maintenance and operational orders using SAP and MS-Office as a work planner and coordinate with the responsible parties the necessary tasks. You create, update, and optimize maintenance plans and instructions according to manufacturer or internal requirements. You are the point of contact for suppliers and supervise their work. You create and support the mechanical team. Competencies:You have a mechanical background and have furthered your education in a job-related field (Maintenance Specialist, Operations Specialist, Maintenance Manager). You have at least five years of experience in a similar field and experience in leadership and management roles. You possess good IT skills and have experience with relevant software. You are fluent in German and ideally also in French. You are a team-oriented and dynamic personality with high flexibility and assertiveness.
