In this context, we are looking for a Social Worker.MAIN MISSIONSYou will support students facing difficulties of an economic, personal, or cultural nature in order to establish a social and financial assessment with them. You will advise and closely collaborate with the actors involved in providing social and psychosocial assistance to students in difficult and/or complex situations. You will review requests and develop care projects, supporting students in their life journey while seeking to maintain or restore the social conditions appropriate to their needs. You will write reports and submit applications for financial assistance (private funds and scholarships). You will develop and animate workshops (in person and online) intended for students, as well as occasional offers and promotion and prevention programs (for example: assistance for newcomers). You will subsequently evaluate the impact of these offers on both individual and collective levels and communicate the results. You will coordinate and manage targeted requests for assistance for nursing and APS students. Twice a year, you will collect hundreds of financial aid requests for students (InvesPro). You will assess the requests in line with the criteria and regulatory bases set by the canton and ensure the follow-up of granted financial assistance. You will also present reports in an X format to the Management based on Excel tables that you will have developed and maintained. Additionally, you will participate in activities related to the management of the desired profile.REQUIREMENTSYou hold a bachelor's degree in social work and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You also have experience in counseling and supporting young people in difficulty.
