Pro Infirmis, a leading organization specialized in Switzerland for people with disabilities, is committed to promoting inclusion and active participation in social life. Present in all regions of the country, it advises and supports people with disabilities and their relatives by offering a wide range of services adapted to their needs. Pro Infirmis employs approximately 600 people across more than 50 sites and places the well-being and development of its teams at the heart of its mission. As part of the expansion of its HR team, we have been tasked with assisting Pro Infirmis in the search for its next HR Business Partner - Western Region (100%). At the heart of human resource development in French-speaking SwitzerlandYour responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of the HR and IT department, you will oversee all HR activities in the Western region, which includes about 400 employees in the cantons of FR, JU, NE, VD, and GE. You will ensure the consistent implementation of HR processes, regulations, and policies. You will support managers in their duties, personally intervening on sensitive or complex cases, in the context of a new organizational structure. You will supervise and coordinate a small team of HR generalists and play a central role in the development of skills, employee engagement, and retention. Being proactive, you will participate in structuring projects such as HR processes, salary reviews, and contribute to making Pro Infirmis a modern employer. Your transversal role will require you to closely collaborate with headquarters teams and ensure coherence between regional and central management.Your profile: Open-minded, agile, and possessing strong emotional intelligence, you know how to navigate easily in a dynamic environment and adapt to the diversity of jobs and stakeholders. You demonstrate autonomy and a keen sense of priorities and are able to unite around common objectives. You combine vision and a practical approach and master current human resource challenges - recruitment, advice and coaching of managers, skills development, employee engagement, and retention. Motivated by the development of the HR function, you wish to actively contribute to Pro Infirmis' mission in French-speaking Switzerland. With a higher education degree in HR or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and ideally possess some managerial experience. You are fluent in French and have a good command of German; knowledge of Italian and English is an asset.
