Identity and Access Management Specialist (80-100%) (6-month contract)

Working in the Technology Infrastructure department, you will join Lombard Odier's Identity & Access Management team, responsible for managing the access rights to almost 3,000 Lombard Odier employees and 7 infrastructure customers.

YOUR ROLE

  • Access requests analysis and processing;

  • Manage accounts and access groups in Active Directory (Create, Delete);

  • File server access management;

  • Assignment rights workflow administration;

  • Management of access to customer portfolios in the Bank's main application;

  • User support for access issues;

  • Participate in the implementation of technical procedures related to access management;

  • Administration of secret passwords (VAULT).

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • IT academic background;

  • Ideally, initial experience in access management;

  • Windows environment, Active Directory and NTFS rights knowledge;

  • Good command of Office tools, in particular Excel and Access;

  • Rigor, autonomy, precision and able to work in a team

  • Adaptability in a complex environment, stress management, team spirit and communication skills;

  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English;

  • Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
