To complement our hospitality service, we are recruiting a Receptionist at 80% - Fixed-term 4 months. Your mission: In a cutting-edge establishment, you hold a varied position within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, caregivers, and doctors. You will be responsible for welcoming, informing, and directing our patients as well as managing admission files and scanning files, distributing mail to the specific mailboxes of each department and/or doctor, ensuring cash management and bookkeeping. We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria: French and English minimum B2; minimum 2 years of successful experience in a similar position (hospitality reception or hotel) required; vocational certificate in business/hospitality; a friendly and smiling person with an innate sense of hospitality and service to welcome our patients with kindness; knowledge of the Swiss insurance system; versatility, enjoying teamwork; good management of current tools (Opale).
