Your mission :
Contributing to the HR administration of employees' lifecycle with direct client contact (working with Technology & Operations team) ;
Providing support to the HR Business Partners &HR Advisors on a daily basis ;
Handling on- and off-boardings as well as internal transfers with respective updates of the employment records ;
Handling all administrative HR tasks (certificates, attestations required by regulators, AVS, work permits, etc.) ;
Updating and maintaining HR databases (e.g. Workday).
Your profile:
1-2years of experience within a Human Resource team in a Swiss environment ;
Degree or certificate in HR would be an asset ;
Strong interest and capability in administrative tasks ;
Accuracy, autonomy and sense of confidentiality ;
Teamwork and coordination skills set; ability to multi-tasking ;
Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a dynamic team ;
Computer literacy - experience on Workday would be an asset ;
Fluent in French and English (oral/written) ;
Residence in Switzerland.
