They are accommodated in collective housing centers, including that of Perreux. During their stay, they receive social support from multidisciplinary teams and assistance to meet their needs. As the director of the Perreux center, you lead the cantonal first reception center for asylum seekers and report directly to the head of the office. You participate in the activities developed under the cantonal accommodation and social support system for asylum seekers in the canton of NeuchĢtel with the directors of other centers. Responsible for the management and proper functioning of the center, you ensure communication, interactions, and collaboration with internal and external partners. You also contribute to the management and resolution of conflicts.Comfortable managing unforeseen events and demonstrating the ability to work in a constantly changing multicultural environment, you lead a multidisciplinary team of about ten people, ensuring a calm atmosphere in the center as well as within your team while guaranteeing the care of individuals in the canton in accordance with the Federal Asylum Act, cantonal implementation provisions, and the office's directives and profile.Holder of a bachelor's degree in social work, management, or an equivalent qualification, and with confirmed experience in personnel management and supervision, you wish to apply your skills for the benefit of the public sector and contribute to the reception and support of individuals in the area of competence. Your managerial skills as well as your knowledge in regulatory and financial management enable you to work autonomously and interact effectively with internal and external partners. Experience in the asylum field or related areas represents a critical and analytical mindset, combined with rigor, allowing you to achieve set objectives. You manage stress well and demonstrate flexibility in handling significant and fluctuating workloads.
