Two positions are to be filled in anticipation of a departure. Deputy Directors - cycles 1 and 3 at 60%-70%. Service: School Circle - Le Locle Activities: - Collaborate closely with the management team to lead, organize, and ensure the coherence and cohesion of the school circle, particularly its cycle. - Manage cross-disciplinary files, implement projects and working groups. - Ensure the quality of teaching and the monitoring of students. - Monitor student progress and implement appropriate support measures when necessary. - Support and guide teachers in their duties. - Encourage professional exchanges and collaboration between teams. - Supervise the financial and budgetary aspects of the cycle, in regular and constructive dialogue with the legal representatives regarding student schooling.Desired: - Teaching diploma or equivalent qualification in education and management of institutions from FORDIF or deemed equivalent, or be willing to pursue it. - Significant awareness of human and managerial responsibilities. - Recognized capacity to manage complex situations. - Aptitude for teamwork and the ability to work under stress. - Criminal record checks: Teaching hours may be proposed or requested from individuals.
