Your Tasks

Lead and technically manage 5-8 employees in the aircraft assembly line (systems integration)

Support the team leader in personnel management (workforce planning, evaluations, onboarding, team development)

Perform assembly tasks, system tests, troubleshooting, and corrective actions during system integration as well as conducting quality checks in system integration

Ensure timely execution of production orders in line with quality and safety standards

Drive production and quality improvements, including conducting quality checks

Contribute to projects/sub-projects and provide regular reporting to the team leader

Important: The position is based in Stans, Switzerland, with a minimum commitment of three years, with option to proceed your career in Pilatus Ibérica, Sevilla

With this you convince us

Completed vocational training and extensive experience (>5 years) in aircraft assembly/system integration

Strong knowledge of processes and procedures in system integration; skilled in troubleshooting

Proficiency in English, at least B2 level, German is an advantage

Solid Microsoft Office skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
