Conexus are currently working with a global organisation who are looking for an Identity & Access Management Assistant Manager to join one of the largest and most advanced IAM/PAM practices with 1'000+ IAM specialists globally who delivered 600+ IAM projects within the last 2 years. Some of the most complex and prestigious of these projects were lead and delivered by their team in Switzerland while leveraging their global capabilities. IAM is one of the major enablers their mission and they want you to help them make an impact.

How you can make an impact:

• You have the opportunity to join a diverse team that draws upon 20+ years of providing Identity Service capabilities to clients, and work at one of the fastest growing service providers which tackles the strongest challenges in this area
• You will be consulting and delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects at their clients, ranging from small pieces of strategy and advice to multi-year complex integrations for major organisations
• Technology is in our DNA and you will be consulting and integrating solutions of vendors like Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Oka, Ping, Forgerock, Microsoft Azure AD etc
• To have maximum impact at their clients you will work on client site as well as from the office or from other locations as needed - working partly remote within Switzerland is also possible

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of IAM/PAM experience
• Experience in delivering large scale IAM engagements as a team lead
• Hands on design and implementation experience with at least one of the leading IAM or PAM vendors (Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Oka, Ping, Forgerock, or Microsoft Azure AD etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability articulate appropriate IAM concepts and modern IAM technology solutions to clients' challenges in a clear and concise manner
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, German would be an advantage
