Your Tasks

Lead sales activities for PC-24 and PC-12 to direct customers and authorized Pilatus Sales Centers across EMEA and Asia

Lead the Stans Business Aviation Sales Team, including 6 employees across various roles

Identify and develop new sales strategies and opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized Pilatus Sales Centers

Close collaboration with Product- and Program Management

Oversee sales administration (purchase agreements, center agreements, contractual conditions)

Proven experience and successful track record in Business Aviation Sales with a strong industry network

Strong customer focus to meet highest customer expectations

Result driven organisational talent with the ability to prioritize

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds

Ability to lead, motivate a team, and maintain focus on key objectives

Technical background or passion for technology

Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
