I am Annie Pichon, manager of our growing Geneva office, and I am looking for a Team X / Business Developer 360 to take over our Fed Engineering brand (our division specialized in engineering and industry professions), created about a year ago, and to develop it; you will not just be a recruiter. You will be the driver of your portfolio, both commercial (prospecting, meetings - yes, picking up the phone remains essential) and recruiter (sourcing, evaluating, and sometimes opening the eyes of those who hadn't considered certain opportunities). And to clarify: if your idea of recruitment is send three CVs and wait, that's not really our definition of the job: follow-ups, tenacity, and boldness must be part of your profile. • A Master's degree or equivalent and a few years of experience in recruitment in an agency in Switzerland, in these same fields. • You are persistent, competitive by nature, and know how to listen as much as convince. • You like the concrete, the tangible, and you do not shy away from a good challenge (or from the fast-paced environment we provide).
