We take pride in promoting a work environment that emphasizes leadership, career development, and top-notch customer service.Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you contribute to the daily operations of the department and the quality of HR services offered as an HR Assistant - 40% to 60%.Your role:- Manage the entire payroll process (around 110 including monthly and annual settlements via Swissdec)- Ensure tracking of social insurances (AHV, LPP, family, withholding taxes, etc.)- Manage and follow up on absences (vacation, sickness, accidents)- Respond to inquiries and questions regarding payroll, social insurances, and HR topics- Provide support to the HR Manager in daily management of the department and in tracking HR files- Participate in recruitment processes: announcing job openings, sorting applications, and conducting interviews- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processesProfile:- Holder of a commercial employee CFC, completed by a degree in human resource management- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR function with confirmed experience in salary management in Switzerland- Excellent knowledge of social insurances and HR processes, with ease of operation within a demanding legal and regulatory framework- French as a native language and very good knowledge of English (B2 level, oral and written)- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools- Knowledge of the Abacus software is a significant asset- Sense of rigor, autonomy, discretion, team spirit, and solution-oriented.Join us and be part of an environment based on heritage and driven by where your skills and ambitions can directly contribute to making an impact. jidaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
