On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Project Manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will coordinate the project activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and alignment with HR objectives and lead the entire project aimed at establishing a clear and coherent social governance within the different companies. You will define the overall project and identify participants for each company, develop the social governance, and structure its framework. You will draft guidelines, regulations, and framework documents for social governance, notably those of the Staff Committee. You will write and adjust supplementary provisions and directives in collaboration with the Staff Committee and the partner, contribute to the establishment of a sustainable social framework promoting collective performance and engagement, participate in cross-functional HR projects based on priorities defined by management, define, optimize and document new processes, contribute to the implementation of new tools and solutions, prepare materials, analyses, schedules, and summaries to facilitate decision-making and ensure a comprehensive overview. Your profile: You hold a degree in human resources, law, or a related field. You have experience in managing HR projects and/or projects. You demonstrate excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills and have the ability to lead diverse stakeholders. You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and working in a structured manner. You adopt a strong sense of teamwork, a constructive posture, and the ability to unite different parties. You show rigor, autonomy, integrity, and a keen sense of confidentiality.
