To complete our team, we are looking for a: Director of Operations: Beau-Rivage Palace / ChÄ¢teau d'Ouchy / Hôtel d'entrée: Permanent Position Responsibilities You are responsible for the supervision and development of the entire department (restaurants, room service, bars, banquets, and stewarding). You are in charge of developing the profitability of the points of sale. You are responsible for and control the operating budgets of each point of sale. You manage the staff and are involved in designing the menus and pricing in collaboration with the chef. You are responsible for maintaining the brand image of Beau-Rivage Palace. You are accountable for the proper functioning of the different points of sale. You are proactive in fostering communication between the teams to improve the quality of service. You propose the implementation of new procedures. You are in charge of monitoring market trends. You are responsible for recruitment, training, and skill development of the staff. You oversee and supervise the work of the team. You ensure cost control. You are the guarantor of a good social atmosphere within the teams. Profile Required You possess excellent knowledge of F&B. You can communicate effectively with the teams depending on the various situations. You are recognized for your excellent management skills. You are an excellent manager with a strong sense of organization. You are proficient in software used in the industry. You are bilingual in French/English; any other language is a plus. You are organized and meticulous. You are driven by a strong sense of responsibility, customer service, and teamwork. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and great qualities of empathy. You are a team player, flexible, and demonstrate leadership qualities. You have an analytical mind and a strong decision-making ability. You take a long-term vision in your work. You manage stress and priorities effectively. You demonstrate openness and curiosity.
