Within our Digital Sales team, we are currently hiring a Digital Sales Project Manager to drive key international projects and lead a talented team at the crossroads of business and technology.

Job description

Our mission is to provide innovative digital tools that empower our sales forces and ensure that every stakeholder from headquarters to the final consumer benefits from a seamless and effective sales experience.

As Digital Sales Project Manager, you will oversee the global deployment of digital solutions for Key Accounts and cross-functional projects in Sales, Marketing, and Logistics - excluding E-Commerce.

You will act as the strategic and operational link between Business and IT, ensuring technical integration, project quality, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead complex international projects, including technical integrations, business initiatives, and multi- or mono-brand programs.
  • Define and implement the global strategy: roadmap, budget, KPIs tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Sales projects in China and for internal and external technical partners.
  • Ensure high service quality by supervising project documentation, training materials, and Helpdesk support.
  • Bridge Business and IT teams by translating technical topics into business language and aligning priorities.
  • Represent and defend projects before Management, subsidiaries, and external partners.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Digital Sales team, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and performance.

Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex international projects.
  • Minimum 3 years in team management, both direct and cross-functional.
  • Proven business acumen, able to align digital solutions with commercial priorities.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects within an international group is a strong asset.
  • Strong technical background to understand system integrations. Knowledge of middleware or ERP systems is a plus.

  • Strategic mindset combined with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging cross-functional teams.
  • Resilience, diplomacy, precision, and results orientation.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for business audiences and build bridges between technology and operations.

Languages

Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

Other spoken and written languages are an advantage.
