The professional center CFPS Le Repuis is one of the main structures in French-speaking Switzerland for apprentices with cognitive, physical, psychological, or behavioral difficulties. It welcomes about 370 young people each year from all over French-speaking Switzerland and is headquartered in a new sector. To develop our activities, we are looking for:A professional advertiser in the role of socioprofessional master/mistress - 60%To support apprentices in the advertising sector within CFPS Le Repuis. You will join a small team, composed of professionals from two trades in the digital graphic industry, to ensure the training of apprentices according to the professional requirements of the industry - in close collaboration with employers and teachers as well as the various support measures of CFPS Le Repuis. The main tasks will be:- Train advertising apprentices for a federal certificate of competence (CFC) or a professional certificate (AFP), media printed assistants, in the specific area of advertising techniques.- Ensure a level of training and professional qualification allowing for employment opportunities in the labor market.- Welcome and evaluate interns in the professional phase.- Write reports on the various support measures offered (support courses, social workers, psychologists, etc.) and participate in internal networking sessions regarding youth in training and manage the workflow and their tasks as well as the setups on projects.- Participate with apprentices in the maintenance tasks of the machines.We ask for:- A CFC in Advertising is essential, a federal diploma as a socioprofessional master/mistress or willingness to train yourself.- Experience in training apprentices in a company.- Entrepreneurial spirit, interested in developing and managing a personal project to address the complexities of young people.- Ability to work with various partners from different trades.- Ideally, experience in the educational or social field.We offer:- Work in a team and interdisciplinary networking.- First-class infrastructure and efficient working tools.- Salary and working conditions governed by an internal work agreement (CIT).- Opportunities for continuing education.Please send your complete application (cover letter, CV, work certificates, diplomas, and salary expectations).
