Your responsibilities

Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) function.

Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.

Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with SCM and Finance

Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionality, and support resolution tracking.

Support / represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings.

Requirements

Strong knowledge and background on SAP and IT Could be someone who worked several years for and on SAP

Experienced admin professional; hands-on mindset.

English fluent/native - German nice to have
