In this extremely interesting position, you will take overall responsibility for the areas of finance, management control, IT, HR, and logistics. You will manage and develop the financial matters of the company in this central function, thereby contributing to its sustainable management. You will prepare monthly and annual accounts, manage financial accounting and liquidity, forecasts, as well as the ongoing analysis and control of financials. You will also lead and develop the logistics and sales areas. You will ensure efficient and coordinated processes between different departments and ensure the high quality, transparency, and reliability of financials. This demanding position requires experience in a similar leadership role in the industrial production sector. You possess strong knowledge in finance, accounting, and financial management and you master the closure of accounts according to Swiss GAAP. A good command of German is necessary to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Mastery of English is desirable and will set you apart.
