Your Skills
- 8+Years of experience in SAP CRM Functional Area and 4+ years of experience in implementation/Support projects.
- Possess knowledge of Agile Methodologies and DevOps way of working.
- Hands on Experience in SAP CRM Functional Knowledge in Utility Industry.
- Experience in SAP ISU - Billing knowledge and ISU Integration.
- In Depth understanding of Business functionality in SAP CRM and transforming the same to Functional Specifications.
- Experience in analysing and fixing the production incidents within the SLA.

Your Tasks
- Analyzes user needs and develops user requirements.
- Creates a detailed Functional Requirements Document.
- Operating as the SAP CRM Consultant in monitoring and resolving incidents within the SAP CRM production system.
- Responsible for working closely with the users/stakeholders and should be an individual contributor playing client facing role.
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create the right solutions based on business needs
