We are looking for a Junior Change Manager to assist the Head of PMO & Communication in supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the CP COO Office.

YOUR ROLE

Change Management & Adoption

Analyze change impacts and stakeholder readiness related to new tools, processes, or organizational changes.

Define and execute change management plans (communication, training, engagement, adoption metrics).

Act as a key liaison between business teams, IT, and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth change deployment.

Identify resistance to change and proactively propose mitigation actions.

Communication & Content Management

Contribute to the definition of editorial calendars for internal communication related to transformation initiatives.

Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and messaging across all communication channels.

Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness (open rates, engagement, feedback) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and internal communications (newsletters, updates, invitations), ensuring timely delivery, consistency of messaging, and high quality proofreading.

Training & governance

Design training strategies adapted to different user profiles and maturity levels.

Coordinate the creation and maintenance of training materials and knowledge repositories.

Produce AI generated training videos (e.g. tutorials, demos, explainers) to support scalable, engaging, and on demand learning.

Track change-related KPIs (adoption rate, satisfaction, training completion, communication reach).

Contribute to change management standards, templates, and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or related fields, or evidence of comparable academic / work achievement.

2-4 years relevant experience in Consulting in a PMO or Project Management Role with experience in financial services

Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment,

Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-stakes banking environment.

Strong analytical skills, the ability to summarize complex topics and convey key messages using proficiently MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel

Fluent in English and French; excellent communication (written and verbal), networking, influencing and presentation skills
