With more than 200 professionals, our Investment Solutions department is in charge of providing sophisticated and personalized investments proposals to our private clients. Within this context, we are looking for a Forex/Precious Metals Advisor in Geneva:

Mission:

Originate and promote timely, actionable forex/precious metals investment ideas to our front office population, in close cooperation with our forex/commodities strategy team

Work with bankers and client portfolio specialists in the active coverage of key private client relationships and prospects in order to defend existing assets and attract new assets

Collaborate with a dedicated cross-asset advisory team in the active coverage of key EAM (external asset managers) relationships

Bring expertise for the execution of complex forex/precious metals strategies and products and working with our trading desk and external counterparties

Contribute to our investment publications and other communication channels (weekly investment notes, morning calls, videocasts, webinars, internal and external events etc.)

Take part in our weekly internal calls and presentations to actively promote and champion our forex/precious metals franchise/platform

Be an active member of the forex/commodities investment forums.

Ability to work efficiently and diligently in periods of market stress and volatility.

Desired Profile:

University degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Engineering (Bachelor/Master) with strong knowledge of corporate finance and financial markets

Robust understanding of macro and forex/precious metals dynamics

Deep knowledge of forex/precious metals investment products/solutions (plain vanilla/exotic)

Proven experience (7+ years) in forex, precious metals advisory, trading, sales, strategy

Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Good command of IT FX tools (pricing/trading/booking)

Ability to analyse, digest and rationalise large quantities of information

Team-player, proactive business partner, client skills, project contributor

Fluent in French and English, German and Spanish are a plus
