Tasks: Management Assistant - Internal Audit

Management Assistant vacancy requiring profound Internal Audit knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Managing calendars including meetings, calls within different time zones as well as preparing and booking of travels
• Setting-up quarterly meetings and various series with stakeholders
• Working on weekly presentations, coordinating the weekly topics with the respective team
• Setting-up SAFE, REQ and invoicing PO's, assisting with corrections of invoices
• Cooperating with hiring managers to manage the recruitment processes end-to-end
• Being responsible for audit announcement, which includes preparing memo's and sending them to stakeholders

Your experience/knowledge:

• Commercial apprenticeship or any other equivalent educational background
• 5+ years of work experience as a Management Assistant
• Outstanding MS Office skills
• Practical expertise in prioritising tasks effectively and flexibly in a challenging environment
• Fluent English skills, verbally and written, German is advantageous
