We are currently seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role within our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit. This crucial position will be instrumental in upholding our quality standards for Beachwear, Hosiery, and Nightwear, and will be responsible for the following tasks: - Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality output. - Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain our standards. - Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and enhance product quality. - Provide leadership and training to ensure team development and adherence to best practices. - Report on production and quality metrics to senior management.
