Leadership & Team Management and Development: Recruits, hires, and trains a skilled and knowledgeable team reflecting Swatch Retails values and standards. Identifies and cultivates managers and team members with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication. Ensures continuous training and development opportunities to keep the team motivated and up-to-date with industry trends. Implements performance reviews and goal setting to track progress and improve team efficiency.

Store Operations: Manages day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and sales performance tracking. Ensures the store meets all safety, legal, and company standards. Coordinates with other departments to support promotional events and effective marketing strategies.

Customer Experience: Guarantees a superb customer experience by upholding excellent service standards, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Builds and maintains customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.

Sales & Profitability: Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve targets. Analyzes sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Responsible for the financial performance of the store, including budgeting and expense management.

Brand Ambassadorship: Represents Swatch in the community and promotes the brandâ??s image and values. Engages in local events and partnerships to enhance the stores presence and reach.
