The E-Commerce Customer Support and Quality Assurance Intern will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the quality of service offered to GUESS customers across all channels. This role aims to deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The intern will work to improve overall customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. By focusing on both support efficiency and service quality, the intern will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships and driving loyalty to the Guess brand.
