To support our growing business, we are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate Affairs, for the Alpiq Group. If you are a senior lawyer with an excellent academic background, high affinity for economic and financial issues and solid experience across Swiss company law, corporate finance, M&A, ESG and wider corporate matters, and you’re looking for a diversified role in a dynamic company at the heart of the energy transition, then this role may be for you. The position reports directly to Alpiq’s General Counsel and is ideally based in Olten, Switzerland (alternatively, the position could be based in Lausanne, Switzerland).
