Gestisci con efficienza la gestione tecnica e del personale di un piccolo team IT presso il Supermercato Coop. Sarai responsabile della supplenza del responsabile del Service Center Svizzera orientale/Ticino durante le sue assenze. Ti occuperai dell`analisi, classificazione e risoluzione di problemi hardware, delle applicazioni d`ufficio, SAP e server. Gestirai il tracking e la soluzione dei problemi informatici, garantendo un feedback tempestivo e preciso ai clienti. Un`ottima opportunitá per chi cerca un ruolo dinamico nel settore IT.
