La figura ideale deve possedere una significativa esperienza pratica, specialmente nell`ambito della chirurgia della mano e presso strutture ospedaliere per cure acute. ሠfondamentale avere eccellenti capacitá organizzative e amministrative, oltre a una naturale predisposizione per la collaborazione interdisciplinare.
