Tasks: Assistente Direzione (m/w/d) a Ascona - Hotel Eden Roc
,Responsabilitá nell`organizzazione, coordinamento e amministrazione degli impegni interni ed esterni della Direzione. Gestione delle comunicazioni, pianificazione delle riunioni e mantenimento dei calendari di appuntamenti. Collaborazione con tutti i dipartimenti per assicurare il fluido funzionamento dell`Hotel Eden Roc. Supervisione dei progetti speciali e assistenza nella preparazione di rapporti e documenti. Implementazione di procedure operative e supporto nella gestione di eventi. Requisiti: eccellenti capacitá organizzative, conoscenza avanzata di strumenti informatici e una forte attitudine al problem solving.
